The invention discloses a rock-soil slope reinforcing device which comprises a spacing adjusting mechanism, a longitudinal moving mechanism, a spraying mechanism and a transverse moving mechanism, and the spacing adjusting mechanism comprises a mounting frame, a mounting plate, an elastic piece and a roller; the longitudinal moving mechanism is connected with the mounting frame and is used for driving the mounting frame to move along the inclined direction of the rock-soil slope; the spraying mechanism is arranged on the mounting plate in a sliding manner; and the transverse moving mechanism is connected with the spraying mechanism. The rock-soil slope reinforcing device provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that when the slope surface of the rock-soil slope is uneven, the height of the mounting plate is correspondingly changed, and the height of the roller is fixed, so that the distance between the spraying mechanism mounted on the mounting plate and the slope surface of the rock-soil slope is roughly unchanged; by means of the device, the fluctuation range of the distance between the spraying mechanism and the slope surface of the rock-soil slope in the concrete spraying process can be reduced, the concrete spraying quality is improved, and concrete waste generated in the spraying process is reduced.
