Construction method for bearing platform of high-speed rail station building
The invention discloses a construction method for a bearing platform of a high-speed rail station building. The construction method comprises the following steps: 1, constructing and forming a pile foundation and excavating a bearing platform foundation pit; 2, mounting the concrete precast slabs; 3, pre-paving waterproof coiled materials for construction; 4, backfilling and pouring solidified soil; 5, analyzing the bearing platform model by adopting finite element software to obtain layered pouring construction parameters of the bearing platform; 6, binding reinforcing steel bars at the bottom and side surfaces of the bearing platform; seventhly, temperature measuring points are arranged; 8, first pouring and curing of concrete; and ninthly, middle steel bar binding, top steel bar binding, column bar inserting and concrete secondary pouring are conducted. The method is simple in step and reasonable in design, the problems of backfilling and pouring of the bearing platform of the current high-speed rail station building are solved, and the construction cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种高铁站房的承台施工方法,包括:一、桩基施工成型及承台基坑开挖施工;二、安装混凝土预制板;三、预铺防水卷材施工;四、固化土回填浇筑;五、采用有限元软件分析承台模型获取承台分层浇筑施工参数;六、承台底部及侧面钢筋绑扎;七、测温点布设;八、混凝土的第一次浇筑及养护;九、中部钢筋绑扎、顶部钢筋绑扎、柱筋插设及混凝土二次浇筑。本发明方法步骤简单、设计合理,解决目前高铁站房的承台回填和浇筑的问题,且降低了施工成本。
