Novel environment-friendly soft soil stratum foundation pile low strain detection method
The invention discloses a novel environment-friendly soft soil layer foundation pile low-strain detection method which comprises the following steps: (1) checking the condition of a detected pile: the strength of a pile body is not lower than 70% of the design strength and is not lower than 15MPa; the material, the strength and the section size of the pile head are basically the same as those of the pile body; the top surface of the pile is flat and dense and is basically vertical to the axis of the pile; (2) after it is determined that the pile head reaches the ideal height, the pile head is cleaned up, and it is ensured that the pile head is flat and free of damage; (3) setting test parameters; (4) mounting a measuring sensor and performing excitation operation, wherein the sensor is vertical to the top surface of the pile; when the coupling agent is used for bonding, enough bonding strength should be achieved; wherein a knocking device is erected on the reinforcement cage so as to knock an excitation point, so that the excitation point avoids the influence of a main reinforcement of the reinforcement cage, and meanwhile, the excitation direction is in the pile axis direction; (5) signal acquisition and screening; and (6) analyzing and judging detection data.
本发明公开了一种新型环保软土地层基桩低应变检测方法,包括如下步骤:(1)检查检测桩的情况:桩身强度不应低于设计强度的70%,且不应低于15MPa;桩头的材质、强度、截面尺寸应与桩身基本等同;桩顶面应平整、密实,并与桩轴线基本垂直;(2)确定桩头达到理想高度后,将其清理干净,确保桩头平整无破损;(3)设定测试参数;(4)测量传感器安装和激振操作:传感器安装应与桩顶面垂直;用耦合剂粘结时,应具有足够的粘结强度;其中利用敲击装置架设在钢筋笼上从而对激振点进行敲击,使得激振点避开钢筋笼的主筋影响同时激振方向应沿桩轴线方向;(5)信号采集和筛选;(6)检测数据的分析与判定。
