The invention relates to a soft stratum reinforcing method based on a pile foundation. The soft stratum reinforcing method comprises the following steps that drilling operation is conducted at a set point position; after drilling to the set depth, a drill rod of the drilling machine is lifted, and while the drill rod is lifted, a mixed liquid of a curing agent and water is sprayed out of the bottom of the drill rod in a rotary spraying mode so that the soil body reserved in the drill hole can be changed into a flow state, and a flow-state solidified soil liquid is formed; after the liquid level of the fluid-state solidified soil liquid and the bottom face of the drill hole reach a set distance, spraying of the mixed liquid of the curing agent and the water is stopped, and the drill rod continues to be lifted upwards till leaving the drill hole; and the multiple prefabricated piles are pressed into the drilled hole section by section till the top face of the uppermost prefabricated solidified soil pile is flush with the ground. By the adoption of the reinforcing method, the reinforcing effect is good.
