Force measuring anchor rod
The invention provides a force measuring anchor rod, the force measuring anchor rod adopts a multi-section structural design, and a rod body of the anchor rod comprises a plurality of sections of first tubular columns and a plurality of force measuring modules. The force measuring module comprises a protective shell, a liquid bag in which liquid is stored, and a liquid tube; one end of the first tubular column is sleeved with a protective shell, a liquid bag is arranged in the protective shell, and the other end of the first tubular column is connected with a pressure plate; wherein the pressure plate on one first tubular column is movably mounted in the protective shell on the other first tubular column in a limited manner to form a force measurement module; when the pressure plate moves, the liquid bag is pressed, so that the pressure changes; one end of the liquid pipe is communicated with the liquid bag, the other end of the liquid pipe penetrates through the pressure plate, penetrates into the first tubular column and penetrates out of the other end, away from the anchoring section, of the force measuring section, and the other penetrating-out end of the liquid pipe is connected with a pressure meter. According to the force measuring anchor rod for monitoring the anchoring force through the incompressibility of liquid, the problem of short circuit caused by water inflow and damp due to the adoption of a resistance strain gauge is effectively solved.
本发明提供了一种测力锚杆,所述测力锚杆采用多段式结构设计,其中锚杆的杆体包括多段第一管柱以及多个测力模块。测力模块包括保护外壳、储存有液体的液袋、液管;第一管柱的一端套装保护外壳,保护外壳中设置液袋,第一管柱的另一端连接压力板;其中,一个第一管柱上的压力板限制移动安装在另一个第一管柱上的保护外壳中组成一个测力模块;压力板移动时对液袋产生压迫从而发生压力变化;液管一端连通液袋另一端穿过压力板以及穿入第一管柱内部且由测力段远离锚固段的另一端穿出,且液管穿出的另一端连接有压力计。本发明利用液体的不可压缩性监测锚固力的测力锚杆,有效避免了因为采用电阻应变片而进水受潮导致的短路问题。
