According to the embodiment, the elevator is dynamically dispatched according to the conditions of the automobiles waiting for entering the parking lot, the automobiles can be rapidly carried to the corresponding parking floors when the automobiles waiting for the elevator are gathered, the automobiles waiting for the elevator are defibered, the elevator dispatching efficiency is greatly improved, and the situation of congestion caused by entering the parking lot and waiting for the elevator is reduced.
