Transparent treating fluid of colored zirconia porcelain block for all-ceramic false tooth and treating method thereof
The invention provides a transparent treating fluid for a colored zirconia porcelain block for all-ceramic false teeth and a treating method of the transparent treating fluid. The transparent treatment liquid comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20-37% of a stabilizer, 3-10% of a dispersing agent and 60-75% of a solvent; the stabilizer comprises Y < 3 + >, Al < 3 + > and Ca < 2 + >. According to the invention, Y < 3 + > is introduced into the transparent treating fluid, so that energy required by phase change of zirconia ceramic can be reduced, and permeability can be improved; al < 3 + > is introduced, so that anisotropic growth of crystal grains can be promoted, flaky or columnar zirconium oxide crystal grains are formed, and the toughness is improved; and Ca < 2 + > is introduced, so that the phase change energy consumption can be reduced, and a crystal phase structure with better permeability is obtained. Meanwhile, due to the existence of the dispersing agent, Y < 3 + > or Al < 3 + > can permeate into a zirconium oxide system more easily, and the permeability is further improved. Tests show that the colored zirconium treated by adopting the transparent treating fluid not only has improved permeability, but also has the strength of more than 800 MPa, and meets the national standard requirements.
本发明提供了一种全瓷义齿用彩色氧化锆瓷块的透明处理液及其处理方法。所述透明处理液以质量分数计,包括稳定剂20%~37%,分散剂3%~10%,溶剂60%~75%;稳定剂包括Y3+、Al3+和Ca2+。本发明通过在透明处理液中引入Y3+,可降低氧化锆陶瓷相变所需的能量,以增加透性;引入Al3+,能促使晶粒异向生长,形成片状或柱状的氧化锆晶粒,提高韧性;引入Ca2+,可以降低相变能耗,获得透性更好的晶相结构。同时分散剂的存在更容易使得Y3+或Al3+渗透到氧化锆体系中,进一步增加透性。经测试,采用上述透明处理液处理后的彩锆,不仅透性增加,且强度在800 MPa以上,满足国标要求。
