Aging pavement asphalt removing device and using method thereof
The aged pavement asphalt removing device comprises a vehicle body, an empty groove is formed in the bottom of the vehicle body, a removing cover is in sliding contact with the interior of the empty groove, and a lifting device is arranged at the top of the removing cover; the clearing part is arranged at one end in the clearing cover and comprises a slotting device for pretreating the aged pavement, and a crushing device for crushing the aged pavement is arranged at the rear end of the slotting device; the collecting part is arranged at the other end in the clearing cover and comprises two sweeping devices, the two sweeping devices are arranged on the two sides of the middle of an inner cavity of the clearing cover respectively, a dust suction device is arranged on the top face of the inner cavity of the clearing cover, a collecting device is arranged at the other end in the clearing cover, and the output end of the collecting device is communicated with a discharging device. According to the asphalt crushing device, crushed asphalt can be collected and cleaned, meanwhile, dust flying caused when the asphalt is crushed is avoided, aged asphalt can be more thoroughly removed by uniformly spraying an asphalt dissolving agent into the channel, and residues and fragments are reduced.
本发明公开老化路面沥青清除装置及其使用方法，包括车体，车体的底部开设空槽，空槽内滑动接触有清除罩，清除罩的顶部设置有升降装置；设置在清除罩内一端的清除部，清除部包括用于给老化路面预处理的开缝装置，开缝装置的后端设置有用于破碎老化路面的破碎装置；设置在清除罩内另一端的收集部，收集部包括两清扫装置，两清扫装置分别设置在清除罩内腔中部两侧，清除罩的内腔顶面设置有吸尘装置，清除罩内另一端设置有收集装置，收集装置的输出端连通设置有排料装置。本发明可实现对破碎后的沥青进行收集清理，同时避免沥青进行破碎时引起尘土飞扬，通过将沥青溶解剂均匀地喷洒在槽道内可以更彻底地去除老化沥青，减少残留物和碎片。
