ASPHALT PAVEMENT REMOVING METHOD
To provide a method for removing asphalt pavement from a floor slab by peeling and crushing without using a chipping method at a construction site where special construction vehicles and the like cannot be utilized.SOLUTION: An asphalt pavement 20 is provided on a floor slab 11 (splice part 12). Static crush agent filling holes 26 are drilled in an array in the asphalt pavement 20. The static crush agent filling holes 26 are filled with a static crush agent 30 which has reacted with water. The hydration reaction of the static crush agent 30 involves expansion and exotherm. The asphalt pavement 20 is peeled off from the floor slab 11 and crushed as a result. When the asphalt mass of this construction is removed, the asphalt mass of the object area is additionally removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】特殊建設車両等の適用できない施工箇所において、斫り工法を用いず、アスファルト舗装体を床版より剥離させ破砕して撤去できる工法を提供する。【解決手段】床版11(添接部12)上にアスファルト舗装体20が設けられている。アスファルト舗装体20に静的破砕剤充填孔26を配列状に削孔する。静的破砕剤充填孔26に水と反応させた静的破砕剤30を充填する。静的破砕剤30の水和反応は、膨張と発熱を伴う。その結果、アスファルト舗装体20は床版11上から剥離し破砕される。本施工のアスファルト塊を撤去する際、あわせて、当該箇所のアスファルト塊を撤去する。【選択図】図1
