The invention discloses a construction method of a steel structure box-shaped anti-collision wall for a bridge. The steel structure box-shaped anti-collision wall for the bridge comprises a flat box body composed of an inner sealing plate unit (1), an outer sealing plate unit (2) and a top sealing plate (4), a partition plate unit (3) arranged in the flat box body and a handrail strip (5) welded to the outer surface of the inner sealing plate unit (1). The construction method comprises the following steps: after blanking, firstly, respectively assembling the inner sealing plate unit and the outer sealing plate unit, then, assembling the box body by adopting a normal moulding bed, and raising the top of a moulding bed frame (6) by 15-30mm at the assembling center position of each section of the box body for reversible deformation control; and after the assembly is completed, the anti-deformation measure is removed, and the handrail strip is assembled and welded, so that the welding construction of the steel structure box-shaped anti-collision wall for the bridge is completed. According to the method, deformation of the steel structure box-shaped anti-collision wall for the bridge in the manufacturing process can be effectively controlled, on-site assembly and linear requirements of the box body are guaranteed, and transportation is convenient.
