The invention relates to the technical field of basements, and discloses an inner support dismantling and replacing construction method in a basement construction process, which comprises the following construction steps: 1) constructing a bottom structure; (2) the transfer beam is constructed while the outer wall is constructed, and the transfer beam and the outer wall are integrally constructed and formed; (3) a plurality of support changing beams are constructed, and the support changing beams are in butt joint between the transfer beams and the support piles; a plurality of temporary supporting beams are constructed, and the outer ends of the temporary supporting beams are in butt joint with the transfer beams; (4) the inner support is dismantled; (5) a basement is constructed, and the inner ends of the temporary supporting beams are in butt joint with the basement and are horizontally aligned with the longitudinal beams; a transfer beam is arranged on an outer wall, the transfer beam and the outer wall are combined into a whole, a support changing beam is in butt joint with the transfer beam, a basement is in butt joint with the transfer beam through a temporary supporting beam, a complete support changing structure system is formed, the transfer beam can bear asymmetric shearing force generated by the support changing beam and the temporary supporting beam, and normal construction and use of the outer wall are not affected.
