The invention belongs to the technical field of highway subgrade construction, and particularly relates to a soft foundation treatment method adopting cement mixing piles. Comprising the following steps: (1) treatment before construction: treating a site, removing overground and underground obstacles at a pile position, selecting qualified cement, and filtering and calibrating the time for conveying mortar by a mortar pump, the time for conveying mortar to a mortar spraying opening of a drill bit of the stirring machine through a mortar conveying pipe and the drilling and lifting speeds before the cement slurry is poured into a slurry storage pool by a cement slurry stirring machine; a pile machine is leveled through a leveling instrument in advance, a drill rod is made to be perpendicular to the horizontal ground, then a plumb is hung on a drill tower, a conical tip alignment point is marked, and a stirring pile chassis and a guide frame are kept vertical in the construction process; (2) construction is conducted, specifically, a pile body is constructed through a four-spraying and four-stirring method, the slurry stopping face should be 300-500 mm higher than the designed elevation of the pile top, when a mattress layer is constructed, the pile section, poor in construction quality, of the pile top should be excavated away manually, construction records are made, the loading capacity is high, and deformation of the soft foundation part is reduced.
本发明属于公路路基建设技术领域，具体涉及一种采用水泥搅拌桩的软基处理方法；包括如下步骤：1）施工前处理：对场地进行处理，清除桩位处地上和地下障碍，选择合格的水泥，并且在水泥浆搅拌机倒入贮浆池之前，经过过滤，标定灰浆泵输浆、灰浆经输浆管到达搅拌机钻头喷浆口的时间、钻进及提升速度；桩机预先用水平尺调平，使钻杆垂直水平地面，然后在钻塔上悬挂铅垂，将锥尖对准点标记好，施工中应保持搅拌桩底盘和导向架的竖直；2）施工：桩体采用“四喷四搅”的方法施工；停浆面应高于桩顶设计标高300～500mm，在施工褥垫层时，应将桩顶施工质量较差的桩段用人工挖除；做好施工记录；荷载能力较强，减小软基部分的变形。
