The invention provides a method for reinforcing a soft soil foundation by using a cement mixing pile, which belongs to the technical field of pile hole planning and comprises the following steps of: constructing a corresponding digital model according to a drill rod and structures and materials of a plurality of mixing blades on the drill rod; planning the initial shape of the pile hole according to the detection result of the foundation; and according to the overall design specification, the inner diameter of the corresponding position of the pile hole is increased, and a construction route in the stratum is generated in combination with the model. Controlling the movement speed and direction of the drill rod and the plurality of stirring blades in the stratum by taking the construction route as a reference; and after the stirring blades reach the designated positions, the distance between the stirring blades and the drill rod is changed to adjust the movement radius of the stirring blades, and therefore the inner diameter of the formed pile hole is changed. And after construction is completed, concrete pouring and stirring are conducted, and finally construction of the stirring pile is completed. According to the method for reinforcing the soft soil foundation through the cement mixing piles, the bearing capacity of the mixing piles is improved, sedimentation of the mixing piles is reduced, and the construction quality is improved.
