The underground water recharge device is arranged in a recharge well and comprises a driving pipe, a cleaning mechanism and a water supply assembly, the cleaning mechanism comprises a driving assembly arranged on the outer side of the driving pipe in a sleeving mode, the top end of the driving pipe is detachably connected with the recharge well, the bottom face of the driving assembly is fixedly connected with a switching sleeve, and the switching sleeve is slidably connected with a scraping sleeve; the edge of the scraping sleeve is in sliding connection with the inner wall of the recharge well, a water guide cylinder is attached to the bottom face of the scraping sleeve, and the driving pipe penetrates through the switching sleeve and the scraping sleeve and is arranged in the water guide cylinder; a plurality of water outlet holes are formed in the bottom end of the driving pipe and correspond to the inner wall of the scraping sleeve; the bottom end of the water guide cylinder communicates with a pressurizing assembly; the pressurizing assembly is detachably connected with the well wall of the recharge well; according to the underground water recharge device, underground water can be moderately supplemented, the recharge well can be cleaned when the recharge well is blocked, the service life of the recharge well is prolonged, and the recharge efficiency is improved.
