The novel vibration and noise reduction building structure comprises a bearing foundation, a base layer frame and at least one layer of elevated frame, the base layer frame and the multiple layers of elevated frames are sequentially distributed from top to bottom, the base layer frame comprises base layer floor slabs, and each layer of elevated frame comprises a lower floor slab and an upper floor slab; the lower floor slab and the upper floor slab are fixedly connected through a plurality of connecting supporting columns, a first gap is reserved between the base floor slab and the adjacent lower floor slab, and a second gap is reserved between the upper floor slab and the lower floor slab which are vertically adjacent. The base floor and the lower floor in each layer of elevated frame are fixedly connected with the bearing foundation through a plurality of elevated supporting columns, and the adjacent elevated supporting columns do not make contact with each other. In the building structure, a gap is reserved between the upper layer structure and the lower layer structure which are adjacent to each other, and the elevated supporting columns for supporting all the floors are independently arranged on the bearing foundation, so that noise or vibration is effectively prevented from being transmitted in all the structural layers.
