Novel pump pipe vibration and noise reduction device
The invention discloses a novel pump pipe vibration and noise reduction device which comprises a vertical pump pipe, a rubber layer, a hoop with an annular plate and a plurality of vibration and noise reduction modules. The rubber layer wraps the side wall of the vertical pump pipe, and the hoop with the annular plate is assembled on the periphery of the rubber layer. The plurality of vibration and noise reduction modules are correspondingly arranged on the cylindrical wall of the hoop with the annular plate; the vibration and noise reduction module comprises a counterweight box, a vertical spring module, a transverse spring module and a plurality of inserted counterweight blocks; the plurality of plug-in balancing weights are inserted into the balancing weight box to provide mass for the balancing weight box, and two ends of the vertical spring module are respectively connected with the bottom end of the balancing weight box and the annular plate with the annular plate hoop; the two ends of the transverse spring module are connected with the side wall of the balance weight box and the cylindrical wall of the hoop with the annular plate correspondingly. According to the scheme, parameters can be dynamically adjusted according to different scenes and working conditions, vibration reduction of the pump pipe in three directions can be achieved, and the reliability of the pump pipe vibration reduction and noise reduction device is greatly improved.
