In the using process of the drainage mechanism for the hidden drainage door and window, by means of the newly-arranged wind shielding mechanism, wind can be prevented from entering the position, located in the drainage groove, of the drainage opening through the wind shielding mechanism in the gale and heavy rain weather, and therefore the situation that normal drainage of rainwater is affected due to the fact that wind pressure in the drainage groove is large is avoided; meanwhile, due to the fact that the wind shielding mechanism is bidirectionally symmetrical, the drainage shifting piece can deflect upwards under the action of rainwater according to different wind directions in windy weather, normal drainage is not affected, and in strong wind weather, the drainage efficiency can be improved and drainage of the rainwater can be promoted by means of the negative pressure principle.
