Method for removing mortar attached to aggregate of air-entrained recycled concrete
The invention discloses a method for removing aggregate attached mortar of air-entrained recycled concrete, which comprises the following steps of: carrying out vacuum water retention, carrying out a dry pumping process and a wet pumping process on air-entrained concrete fragments, loading the air-entrained concrete fragments into a vacuumizing device in the dry pumping process, and carrying out a first preset vacuumizing process; after water is injected into the vacuumizing device under the condition that the vacuum degree is kept, a second preset vacuumizing process is carried out, and then the wet vacuumizing process is completed; performing freeze-thaw modification of water freezing and water thawing on the air entraining concrete fragments subjected to the vacuum water retention treatment; according to the method for removing the mortar attached to the aggregate of the air-entraining recycled concrete, through the vacuum water retention step, the freeze-thaw stripping effect is improved, air holes and pores in the mortar of the air-entraining concrete fragments are opened through negative pressure in the dry pumping process, water is injected under the condition that the vacuum degree is kept in the wet pumping process, and the air-entraining effect is improved. The opened air holes and pores suck the injected water, so that the air-entraining concrete fragments are in a saturated state, and the subsequent mortar stripping effect is further improved.
