Recycled aggregate model considering time-space distribution of attached old mortar and preparation of concrete
The invention relates to a recycled aggregate model considering time-space distribution of attached old mortar and a preparation method of concrete, and the method comprises the following steps: firstly, reconstructing a three-dimensional digital model of natural coarse aggregate, designing performance parameters and geometric parameters of mortar attached to each position of the surface of the three-dimensional digital model, and generating 3D printing slice key data; then, mortar is attached to the surface of the natural coarse aggregate through 3D printing layer by layer, and curing is performed. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing recycled aggregate models with different particle sizes according to a grading curve, mixing the recycled aggregate models with cement, fly ash, sand, water and a water reducing agent, stirring, pouring and curing. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the three-dimensional space strain distribution and crack development information of each phase composition of the recycled aggregate concrete under the load effect is effectively obtained by digitally customizing the performance and geometric parameters of the old mortar attached to each position of the recycled aggregate; the problem that the influence mechanism of existing time-space distribution of attached old mortar on recycled aggregate concrete damage evolution and fracture damage is not clear is solved.
本发明涉及一种考虑附着老砂浆时空分布的再生骨料模型、混凝土的制备方法,前者包括:首先重建天然粗骨料的三维数字模型,再设计其表面各位置附着砂浆的性能参数与几何参数,生成3D打印切片关键数据;之后在天然粗骨料表面逐层3D打印附着砂浆,养护得到。后者包括:按照级配曲线,制备不同粒径的再生骨料模型,再与水泥、粉煤灰、砂、水、减水剂混合,经搅拌、浇筑、养护得到。与现有技术相比,本发明通过数字化定制再生骨料各位置附着老砂浆的性能与几何参数,有效获取再生骨料混凝土各相组成在荷载作用下三维空间应变分布与裂纹发展信息,解决现有附着老砂浆时空分布对再生骨料混凝土损伤演化与断裂破坏影响机制不明晰的问题。
