The invention discloses a light asphalt mixture prepared from regenerated fan blades. The light asphalt mixture comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 1-10% of asphalt; 90-99% of light asphalt aggregate; the light asphalt aggregate comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 60-74% of diabase, 20-30% of machine-made sand, 2-5% of mineral powder, 1-5% of cement and 2-10% of retired fan blades. According to the asphalt mixture, the characteristics that the retired fan blade is light in weight, high in strength and smaller in density than natural stone are fully utilized, the weight of the asphalt mixture is remarkably reduced, the manufacturing cost of the asphalt mixture is reduced, meanwhile, carbon emission in the fan blade recycling process is greatly reduced, and the low-carbon and green requirements are met.
本发明公开了一种使用再生风机叶片制备的轻质沥青混合料,所述轻质沥青混合料包括以下质量百分数的组分:沥青1~10%;轻质沥青集料90~99%;所述轻质沥青集料包括以下质量百分数的组分:辉绿岩60~74%,机制砂20~30%,矿粉2~5%,水泥1~5%,退役风机叶片2~10%。本发明中的沥青混合料充分利用退役风机叶片轻质高强和密度比天然石材更小的特点,显著降低了沥青混合料的重量并降低了沥青混合料的制造成本,同时极大的降低了风机叶片回收过程中的碳排放,满足低碳绿色的要求。
