The invention relates to a short suspender longitudinal bridge direction offset adjusting device which is characterized in that elliptical holes are correspondingly formed in an arch rib and a bridge deck, a plurality of pairs of lug plates are correspondingly arranged above the arch rib and below the bridge deck, and the upper end and the lower end of a short suspender penetrate through the elliptical holes in the arch rib and the bridge deck respectively; and the upper end and the lower end of the short suspender are respectively anchored on the drum-shaped section area between the lug plates through prestressed anchorage devices. The structure has the advantages that the upper lug plate and the lower lug plate are arranged on the arch rib and the bridge deck respectively, the upper end and the lower end of the short suspender are anchored to the ends of the upper lug plate and the lower lug plate respectively, and therefore the short suspender is longer than a traditional bridge structure, and the bending stress resistance of the short suspender is effectively improved; torsion dampers are additionally arranged on the two sides of the anchoring end of the short suspender, when the short suspender vibrates at high frequency, the torsion dampers provide buffering force for the short suspender, and the vibration effect of the short suspender is reduced.
