The invention discloses a high-speed vehicle fault automatic warning device, method and system, and the device comprises a plurality of groups of warning trolleys and a charging storage box body disposed on a high-speed rail. The charging storage box body is used for carrying out storage protection and charging operation on the entered warning trolleys, and the multiple sets of warning trolleys can be connected into a row; each warning trolley comprises a trolley body base, a supporting column and an adjusting plate, wherein a plurality of electric universal wheels are arranged at the bottom of the trolley body base, and the supporting column and the adjusting plate are vertically arranged on the trolley body base. Adjusting plates are hinged to the two opposite sides of the top end of the supporting column correspondingly, and a driving mechanism used for driving the two adjusting plates to be opened and closed so as to adjust the included angle formed between the two adjusting plates and the side face of the supporting column is arranged on the supporting column. When the device is used, the problems that in the prior art, a warning board is manually placed, in the placing process, a secondary traffic accident is likely to happen to placing personnel, misoperation exists in manual placing, and the danger is large on a highway are solved.
