Microorganism mineralization-based offshore wind power single pile foundation foundation reinforcing device and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an offshore wind power single pile foundation reinforcing device based on microbial mineralization and a construction method thereof. The offshore wind power single pile foundation reinforcing device comprises a grouting device, a connecting hose and a shower type grouting device. The shower head type grouting device comprises a steel pipe disc and a spraying steel pipe; the steel pipe disc comprises a plurality of steel pipe rings which are concentrically arranged and have different diameters, the steel pipe rings are connected and communicated through connecting steel pipes, the spraying steel pipes are longitudinally arranged, spraying holes are uniformly distributed in the surfaces of the spraying steel pipes, and the upper ends of the spraying steel pipes are connected and communicated with the lower surface of the steel pipe disc; and the grouting device is connected with the steel pipe disc through the connecting hose to inject a cementing solution for microbial mineralization. By the adoption of the foundation reinforcing device for the offshore wind power single-pile foundation, soil around a single pile can be effectively reinforced, the bearing capacity of the single pile is improved, horizontal displacement of the pile foundation is reduced, and the service life of the single-pile foundation is prolonged. The device is simple in structure, reliable in construction mode, suitable for being installed, used and recycled on a construction site and convenient to apply and popularize.
本发明公开了一种基于微生物矿化的海上风电单桩基础地基加固装置及其施工方法,包括灌浆装置、连接软管、花洒式注浆装置;花洒式注浆装置包括钢管盘及喷洒钢管;钢管盘包括若干同心设置的不同直径的钢管圈,且钢管圈之间通过连接钢管连接并相通,喷洒钢管有若干个,均为纵向设置的钢管,其表面均布喷孔,上端与所述钢管盘的下表面连接并相通;灌浆装置通过连接软管连接钢管盘以注入用于微生物矿化的胶结溶液。采用本发明海上风电单桩基础地基加固装置,可有效加固单桩周围土体,提高单桩承载能力,减少桩基水平位移,增加单桩基础使用寿命。本发明装置构造简单,施工方式可靠,适合在施工现场安装使用并回收,便于推广应用。
