Expanding type pile foundation structure on coral sand and construction method
The invention provides an expanding type pile foundation structure on coral sand and a construction method. A precast pile body is a precast pile formed by combining a plurality of separated small piles. A hollow structure is arranged in the middle of the precast pile body and used for inserting a pile pressing iron rod and an internal supporting structure into the hollow structure when the precast pile body is driven into coral sand. After the hollow structure is inserted into the internal supporting structure in the later period, a reserved space is formed between the outer wall of the internal supporting structure and the inner wall of the hollow structure; and grouting is conducted in the reserved space in the later period. The pile foundation structure is simple to operate and convenient to carry out an implementation experiment, can reach the construction standard, can effectively solve the problem of settlement of the pile foundation on the coral sand foundation, is beneficial to the stability of an upper structure of the pile foundation, and ensures the safe construction of an upper building.
本发明提供了一种在珊瑚砂上的扩张型桩基结构和施工方法,预制桩主体是由多根分开的小桩组合而成的预制桩;所述预制桩主体的中间部位设置为中空结构,中空结构用于向珊瑚砂中打入预制桩主体时,向中空结构内插入压桩铁杆和内部支撑结构;所述中空结构在后期插入内部支撑结构后,会在内部支撑结构外壁与中空结构内壁之间形成预留空间;后期在预留空间内部进行注浆。此桩基结构操作简单且便于开展实施实验,可以达到施工标准,可以有效的解决桩基在珊瑚砂地基上的沉降问题,有利于桩基上部结构的稳定,保证了上层建筑物的安全施工。
