The invention provides a reverse hollow bolt-sphere net rack connecting node and an application method.The node structure comprises a hollow bolt sphere, a high-strength bolt and a rod piece, a plurality of through holes are formed in the hollow bolt sphere, and the threaded end of the high-strength bolt penetrates into the through hole from the interior of the hollow bolt sphere and extends out of the through hole; a first inner threaded hole matched with threads of the high-strength bolt is formed in one end of the rod piece, and the threaded end of the high-strength bolt is screwed into the first inner threaded hole through the rotating auxiliary piece till the rod piece and the hollow bolt ball are fastened. The problems that a traditional joint is heavy in weight and cannot be made into a large size are solved, the assembly degree is high, transportation is safe, assembly is convenient, and use is easy.
本发明提出了反向空心螺栓球网架连接节点及应用方法,节点结构包括空心螺栓球、高强螺栓以及杆件,所述空心螺栓球上开设有多个通孔,高强螺栓螺纹端从空心螺栓球内穿入通孔并延伸至通孔外,所述杆件一端设有与高强螺栓螺纹匹配的第一内螺纹孔,高强螺栓螺纹端通过转动辅助件螺入第一内螺纹孔中,直至杆件和空心螺栓球相紧固。本发明解决了传统节点重量重、无法做大体积的问题,且装配化程度高,运输安全,装配方便,易于使用。
