The invention relates to a fabricated building anti-seepage wall structure and a construction method thereof, and the anti-seepage wall structure comprises a floor slab connecting piece arranged at the top of a floor slab and a wall body connecting piece arranged at the bottom of a prefabricated wall body; the floor connecting piece comprises two rows of penetrating steel bars arranged in the length direction of the wall face and a supporting convex ridge located between the two rows of steel bars, and the wall connecting piece comprises two rows of steel bar pouring holes arranged in the length direction of the wall face and a positioning groove plate located between the two rows of steel bar pouring holes. The supporting convex ridge beams can correspondingly penetrate through all the steel bar pouring holes and then are poured and fixed, the positioning groove plates and the supporting convex ridge beams are matched in an abutting mode to achieve wall positioning, compared with a traditional concrete grout pouring joint filling connecting structure, the toughness of the wall and the sealing joint can be improved, and leakage caused by cracks generated due to stress concentration is avoided.
