The invention relates to a concrete quick-release composite material template group with a smooth stainless steel surface. The concrete quick-release composite material template group comprises a plurality of templates which are adjacently arranged up and down; the face, away from the wall body, of each formwork is concave inwards to form a cavity. The face, perpendicular to the wall body, of each formwork is provided with a plurality of connecting holes at intervals in the length direction of the formwork, wherein the connecting holes communicate with the cavity. The opposite connecting holes in the adjacent templates are fixedly connected through a connecting handle; the middle of the formwork is fixedly connected with an inclined strut through a fixing through hole, wherein the inclined strut is used for enabling the formwork to abut against the wall. The faces, close to the wall body, of the multiple formworks are all glued to the same stainless steel plate. The length of the stainless steel plate is equal to the sum of the lengths of the multiple adjacent formworks, and the width of the stainless steel plate is equal to the width of each formwork.
