The invention discloses a unilateral curved surface formwork splicing and reinforcing system which comprises a formwork frame arranged at the preset position of an outer vertical curved surface reinforcing section of a building, and the formwork frame is formed by splicing a plurality of prefabricated formworks around the outer vertical curved surface reinforcing section of the building. A plurality of high-strength lead screws extending outwards are arranged on the building outer vertical curved surface reinforcing section in the radial direction of the building in a surrounding mode, and positioning holes connected and matched with the high-strength lead screws are formed in the formwork. The free end of the high-strength lead screw penetrates through a positioning hole in the formwork and then is fixedly connected with an opposite-pulling assembly arranged on the outer side of the formwork to form an opposite-pulling structure. The invention further comprises a construction method for the single-side curved surface formwork splicing and reinforcing system. According to the method, high-strength lead screw bar planting is converted into equivalent old wall lead screw reinforcement, meanwhile, annular hoop reinforcement is adopted, and the problems that a chimney and other circular-truncated-cone-shaped structure formwork is difficult to reinforce, prone to formwork explosion, poor in forming quality and the like can be effectively solved.
