The invention discloses an adjustable formwork supporting system and a formwork reinforcing method. The adjustable formwork supporting system comprises four formwork units which are spliced with one another, and each formwork unit is provided with a locking mechanism and an adjusting mechanism; the adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the angle between the adjacent formwork units, the locking mechanism is used for locking the adjacent formwork units, and the adjusting mechanism can support the adjacent formwork units according to the preset angle, so that a cavity formed by splicing and combining the formwork units is always in a preset form; according to the scheme, by arranging the adjusting mechanism, angle supporting of the formwork units is strengthened, the structure of a formwork cavity can be formed at will through adjustment, meanwhile, the structure can be locked through the locking structure, the cavity is kept in a preset shape all the time, and the cavity is not affected by pouring components or external factors.
