The invention discloses a composite early strength admixture and a preparation method thereof. The composite early strength admixture is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 20-30 parts of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, 10-20 parts of an early strength agent, 1-5 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 1-5 parts of nano microcrystalline cellulose and 5-10 parts of a pH regulator. Wherein the early strength agent is composed of soluble inorganic salt and soluble alcohol amine, and the ratio of the soluble inorganic salt to the soluble alcohol amine is 97: 3-95: 5. The composite early strength admixture can accelerate the cement hydration reaction process, improve the concrete compactness, solve the problem of slow development of the early strength of concrete in a negative temperature environment, ensure the later strength of concrete, and avoid the problems of easy later strength shrinkage and the like of the traditional early strength admixture.
