The invention discloses a composite integrated environment-friendly bearing plate which comprises a bottom slurry layer, a core layer and a surface layer, and the core layer is located between the bottom slurry layer and the surface layer. The bottom slurry layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 800 to 1500 parts of white cement, 1000 to 1700 parts of superfine slag powder, 2000 to 3000 parts of sand, 20 to 40 parts of fiber, 1 to 5 parts of a water reducing agent, 0.3 to 0.8 part of HPMC, 1 to 12 parts of gypsum, 10 to 15 parts of a defoaming agent, 10 to 20 parts of rubber powder and 500 to 1000 parts of water; the surface layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1000 to 2500 parts of white cement, 2500 to 4000 parts of superfine slag powder, 2000 to 6000 parts of sand, 20 to 60 parts of fibers, 10 to 20 parts of a water reducing agent, 1 to 2.5 parts of HPMC, 15 to 40 parts of gypsum, 20 to 50 parts of a defoaming agent, 20 to 40 parts of rubber powder, 10 to 20 parts of chopped fibers and 1500 to 3000 parts of water. According to the scheme, the bottom pulp layer, the core layer and the surface layer are integrally formed, and meanwhile, the fibers in the bottom pulp layer, the core layer and the surface layer have the effects of improving the toughness of the bearing plate, improving the fracture resistance of the bearing plate, properly improving the compressive strength of the bearing plate and improving the impact resistance of the bearing plate.
