The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, and particularly discloses anti-cracking and anti-corrosion concrete and a preparation method thereof. The anti-crack and anti-corrosion concrete comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of water; 256 to 260 parts of cement; 27 to 29 parts of fly ash; 450 to 460 parts of fine aggregate; 620 to 640 parts of coarse aggregate; 1.4 to 1.8 parts of a preservative; 1.8 to 2.2 parts of a water reducing agent; 1.2 to 1.6 parts of an anti-cracking agent; the anti-cracking agent is a compound of sodium polyacrylate, lithium fluoride and zinc oxide. The method has the advantages that the anti-cracking performance of the concrete is improved while the self-weight increase of the concrete is reduced, so that the anti-corrosion performance of the concrete is improved.
