The invention discloses foam thixotropic slurry for pipe jacking resistance reduction and a preparation method and application of the foam thixotropic slurry. 0.3-0.4 part of water glass, 0.6-0.8 part of triethanolamine and 1-1.2 parts of a concentrated vegetable protein foaming agent are added into thixotropic slurry prepared from 6-8 parts of bentonite, 0.15-0.3 part of sodium carbonate, 0.2-0.3 part of CMC, 0.3-0.5 part of PAM and 85-90 parts of water; the foam thixotropic slurry is further prepared. The foam thixotropic slurry has good stability, lubricity and fluidity, and can form an impermeable slurry sleeve in an annular gap between a pipeline and a stratum, so that underground water is effectively prevented from immersing and damaging the slurry, and meanwhile, the foam thixotropic slurry can be prevented from entering an underground water system to pollute the underground water; and the method has high applicability under complicated geological conditions such as karst, fracture zones, long distances and water-rich areas.
本发明公开了一种用于顶管减阻的泡沫触变泥浆及其制备方法与应用,通过在6‑8份膨润土,0.15‑0.3份碳酸钠,0.2‑0.3份CMC,0.3‑0.5份PAM和85‑90份水制备得到的触变泥浆中加入0.3‑0.4份水玻璃,0.6‑0.8份三乙醇胺和1‑1.2份浓缩型植物蛋白发泡剂,进一步制备得到的了泡沫触变泥浆。泡沫触变泥浆具有良好的稳定性、润滑性和流动性,并且能够在管道和地层之间环形间隙形成一个不透水的泥浆套,有效防止地下水的浸入破坏浆体,同时也能保证泡沫触变泥浆不进入地下水系污染地下水,使其在岩溶、破碎带、长距离及富水区域等复杂地质条件下适用性较强。
