According to the invention, the nitrogen-doped nano titanium dioxide is embedded into the sintered porous brick, so that the photocatalytic performance of the sintered porous brick can be effectively improved, and the strength performance of the sintered porous brick can be improved on the basis of fully utilizing the iron tailings.
