The invention discloses a perforated brick utilizing vacuum sintering and a sintering method thereof, and relates to the technical field of perforated brick processing, the perforated brick comprises a brick body and a reinforcing frame, first insertion grooves are formed in the two ends of the brick body, the first insertion grooves are located in the lower half section of the brick body, the two first insertion grooves are distributed in a staggered mode, insertion blocks are connected to the interiors of the first insertion grooves in a clamped mode, and the insertion blocks are located in the lower half section of the brick body. The end, located outside the first inserting groove, of the inserting block is integrally provided with a protruding part, the protruding part is of an L-shaped structure, the two protruding parts are distributed in a staggered mode, the reinforcing frame comprises an inserting column and two sets of supporting frame bodies distributed on the two sides of the inserting column respectively, and each supporting frame body comprises a first connecting block, a second connecting block and an arc block. According to the perforated brick utilizing vacuum sintering and the sintering method thereof, when two adjacent perforated bricks are connected and built, the protruding parts of the ends, close to each other, of the two perforated bricks are connected together in a clamped mode, connection and positioning between the perforated bricks in the horizontal direction are completed, deviation is avoided, and the construction quality is improved.
