Comprising the steps of obtaining corrugated fiber cloth; obtaining a corrugated fiber preform; a honeycomb fiber preform is obtained; depositing a boron nitride interface layer on the honeycomb fiber preform; and depositing a ceramic matrix on the surface of the boron nitride interface layer to obtain the ceramic-based composite material honeycomb. According to the ceramic matrix composite honeycomb prepared by the invention, the bonding strength of the internal joint of the honeycomb is improved through an integrated forming technology, and the honeycomb is a high-temperature-resistant and high-strength light composite material.
