The same state that the brush hair body is immersed in the airport concrete pavement is kept, and the technical problem that the consistency of the galling performance of the airport concrete pavement is affected due to the fact that the airport concrete pavement is subjected to galling treatment by manually using a pipe row brush is solved; therefore, the consistency of the galling performance of the airport concrete pavement is improved.
