The axial sections of the stress main pier and the anti-collision auxiliary pier pass through the symmetry axis of the cross sections of the stress main pier and the anti-collision auxiliary pier, and when the cross section of the pier column is rectangular or similar to an oval, the axial sections of the pier column are distributed in the long axial direction of the stress main pier and the anti-collision auxiliary pier.
