The invention discloses a capping beam construction safety platform which comprises a working platform and a pair of climbing devices, the climbing devices are arranged on pier columns on the two sides respectively, and the working platform is arranged between the climbing devices; the climbing device comprises a pair of locking hoops, the pair of locking hoops are arranged on the pier column up and down, and a multi-stage oil cylinder is vertically arranged between the pair of locking hoops; the locking hoop comprises a support and embracing arms symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the support, the embracing arms are rotationally connected with the support and provided with driving assemblies, the driving assemblies are used for controlling the embracing arms to be rotationally unfolded or folded, a locking mechanism is arranged at the end of one embracing arm, and the other embracing arm is provided with a locking piece matched with the locking mechanism. The locking mechanism is used for loosening or locking the locking piece. The problem that an existing climbing system cannot cross a cross beam is solved, self-adaption to pier column distance change during climbing is achieved, automatic folding and unfolding of a safety net are achieved, safety guarantee is provided for capping beam construction, and the working efficiency of capping beam construction is improved.
