Cover beam construction process
The invention discloses a capping beam construction technology which comprises the following steps that S1, the lower half portion of a capping beam is prefabricated in a prefabricating field, a plurality of cast-in-place holes penetrating through the lower half portion of the capping beam need to be reserved when the lower half portion of the capping beam is prefabricated in the prefabricating field, and the diameter of each cast-in-place hole is equal to that of a corresponding pier column; s2, hoops are installed at the preset positions of the pier columns; s3, the lower half part of the bent cap is transported to a construction site; s4, the lower half portion of the cover beam is hoisted, all the cast-in-place holes in the lower half portion of the cover beam are aligned with the corresponding pier columns in the vertical direction, and then the lower half portion of the cover beam is lowered through a hoisting machine till the lower half portion of the cover beam abuts against the hoop; and S5, a first formwork is erected on the lower half portion of the bent cap, and the remaining portion of the bent cap is cast in situ. According to the capping beam construction technology, the requirement for the bearing capacity of a hoisting site can be lowered while the construction progress is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种盖梁施工工艺,包括如下步骤:步骤S1:在预制场预制出盖梁的下半部分,并且,在预制场预制盖梁的下半部分时需预留贯穿盖梁下半部分的多个现浇孔,各现浇孔的直径与对应的墩柱的直径相等;步骤S2、在各墩柱上的预设位置安装抱箍;步骤S3、将盖梁的下半部分运输到工地;步骤S4、将盖梁的下半部分吊起,并使盖梁的下半部分上的各现浇孔与对应的墩柱在竖向方向上对齐,然后通过吊装机械将盖梁的下半部分下放,直至盖梁的下半部分与抱箍抵接;步骤S5、在盖梁的下半部分上搭设第一模板,现浇出盖梁的剩余部分。本发明的盖梁施工工艺,其能在保证施工进度的同时降低对吊装场地承载力的要求。
