The invention discloses a compass type concrete foundation chamfering device which comprises a cylinder mold, a middle rod, a middle shaft barrel, a supporting support assembly, a chamfering support assembly and a chamfering scraper used for chamfering the upper round edge of a round concrete foundation, and the supporting support assembly is installed on the outer wall of the middle shaft barrel in a butt joint mode. The supporting bracket assembly is mounted on the cylindrical mold; the middle rod is movably arranged in the middle shaft barrel in a penetrating mode, a chamfering support assembly is fixedly installed at the lower end of the middle rod, and a chamfering scraper is installed at the free end of the chamfering support assembly. According to the principle of compasses, the device is simple in structure, convenient to operate, high in chamfering quality, good in operation continuity, capable of being detached and stored and convenient to reuse.
