The invention provides a stone chamfer cutting device which comprises an operation fixing frame and a cutting machine arranged on the operation fixing frame, the operation fixing frame comprises a cuboid frame, a bottom sliding part is arranged below the cuboid frame, a side sliding part is arranged below one side of the cuboid frame in the length direction, and the bottom sliding part is provided with a bottom sliding part. The bottom sliding component slides on the upper portion of the stone in the length direction of a chamfer to be cut, and the side sliding component slides on the side, to be cut, of the stone. The cutting machine is fixed in the cuboid frame, and a cutting disc of the cutting machine is inclined along the chamfer to be cut; a water tank is arranged on the upper portion of the cuboid frame and connected with a water pipe through a switch, and the water outlet end of the water pipe is located on the upper portion of the cutting disc. According to the stone chamfering machine, the cutting machine is fixed to the movable frame body, the frame body is pushed to cut a stone chamfer, the chamfering quality is improved, the labor intensity is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
本发明提供一种石材倒角切割装置,包括操作固定架、设置在所述操作固定架上的切割机,所述操作固定架包括长方体框架,在所述长方体框架的下方设置有底部滑动部件,在所述长方体框架的长度方向的一侧下方设置有侧部滑动部件,所述底部滑动部件在石材的上部沿待切割倒角的长度方向滑动,所述侧部滑动部件在所述石材的待切割侧部滑动;所述切割机固定在所述长方体框架的内部,所述切割机的切割盘沿所述待切割倒角倾斜;在所述长方体框架的上部设置有水箱,所述水箱通过开关连接有水管,所述水管的出水端位于所述切割盘的上部。本发明将切割机固定在可移动的架体上,推动架体切割石材倒角,提高了倒角的质量,降低了劳动强度,提高了工作效率。
