The invention discloses a raft plate structure at a foundation pit and a raft plate. The raft plate structure comprises a raft plate body, the thickness of the foundation pit bottom plate is smaller than that of the raft plate body, the bottom face of the foundation pit bottom plate is flush with or lower than that of the raft plate body, the foundation pit bottom plate and the raft plate body are used for defining a foundation pit, the horizontal section of the foundation pit is rectangular, and the bottom face of the foundation pit bottom plate is flush with or lower than that of the raft plate body. The thickness of the foundation pit bottom plate is larger than or equal to one fifth of the side length of the rectangle, and the thickness of the foundation pit bottom plate is larger than 400 mm. The use amount of raft plate materials can be reduced, and meanwhile the construction cost, construction difficulty and construction safety risks of the foundation trench can be reduced.
