The invention provides a cage mounting assembly and a wind turbine generator foundation. The sleeve cage mounting assembly comprises a hanging part, a bearing bracket and a bearing support, a supporting part of the hanging part is used for being arranged on the sleeve cage body and extending in the transverse direction of the sleeve cage body, and an inserting part of the hanging part is arranged on the supporting part and extends in the longitudinal direction of the sleeve cage body from the supporting part so as to be inserted into an inserting opening in a single pile. The bearing bracket is used for being arranged on the peripheral face of the single pile and extending in the transverse direction of the single pile so as to bear the sleeve cage body, and the bearing support is connected between the peripheral face of the single pile and the bearing bracket so as to support the bearing bracket. According to the sleeve cage mounting assembly, the sleeve cage body is borne through the bearing bracket and the bearing support which are arranged on the single pile, meanwhile, the hanging piece arranged on the sleeve cage body is connected with the single pile, the sleeve cage body is supported in the horizontal direction through the hanging piece, and the horizontal acting force borne by the sleeve cage body is borne and transmitted; therefore, the cage body is prevented from integrally moving horizontally and deforming.
