The hanging piece is provided with a supporting part and an inserting part, the supporting part is arranged on the sleeve cage body and extends in the transverse direction of the sleeve cage body, and the inserting part is arranged on the supporting part and extends in the longitudinal direction of the sleeve cage body from the supporting part so as to be inserted into the inserting opening of the single pile.
