The invention discloses a sliding type expansion joint structure for beam column and bracket connection in an assembly type concrete building, which comprises a precast concrete column, a rectangular bracket arranged on one side of the concrete column, a precast concrete beam and an expansion joint, and is characterized by further comprising an upper sliding assembly, an inner sliding assembly and a lower sliding assembly, the prefabricated concrete beam comprises a rectangular lap joint block connected with the beam end of the prefabricated concrete beam, and the prefabricated concrete beam is in lap joint with the bracket through the lap joint block, so that expansion joints are reserved between the prefabricated concrete beam and the bracket and between the lap joint block and the prefabricated concrete column. According to the beam column and bracket connecting structure, the bearing capacity and connecting stability of beam column and bracket connection can be guaranteed, meanwhile, assembling construction of beam column and bracket connection is not affected, and the beam column and bracket connection has certain deformation resistance, so that the safety of the beam column and bracket connection during strain day and night temperature difference change and an earthquake is improved.
