Frame-core tube structure
The invention relates to the technical field of building structures, in particular to a frame-core tube structure which comprises a frame part, a core tube part and a floor part. Wherein the frame part comprises a plurality of outer frame columns and a plurality of outer frame beams, the outer frame columns are arranged along the periphery of the core tube part, and every two adjacent outer frame columns are connected through the corresponding outer frame beam; the core tube part comprises a plurality of shear walls, a plurality of gravity columns and a plurality of inner frame beams, the gravity columns are arranged at the ends of the shear walls, the inner frame beams are located on the inner sides of the shear walls, gaps are reserved between the inner frame beams and the shear walls, the inner frame beams are connected with the gravity columns, and the gravity columns are connected with the outer frame columns through outer frame beams; the floor part comprises an outer floor and an inner floor, the outer floor is rigidly connected with the outer frame beam, a gap is reserved between the outer floor and the shear wall, and the inner floor is rigidly connected with the inner frame beam, and a gap is reserved between the inner floor and the shear wall. The frame-core tube structure can realize separation of load-bearing and lateral-resisting systems, and the anti-seismic property of the structure is improved.
