The invention relates to the technical field of building decoration plates, and discloses a heat preservation and decoration integrated plate which comprises an outer decoration plate and a bottom plate, a heat preservation layer is arranged between the outer decoration plate and the bottom plate, a plurality of counter bores are formed in the outer decoration plate, through holes are formed in the positions, corresponding to the counter bores, of the bottom plate, and receding holes communicated with the counter bores and the through holes are formed in the heat preservation layer. The counter bore and the through hole are connected through a connecting assembly, and the connecting assembly comprises a heat insulation sleeve, a threaded sleeve and a connecting piece. External threads are arranged on the outer wall of the threaded sleeve, and internal threads are arranged on the inner wall of the threaded sleeve; a stud is fixedly arranged at the front end of the heat insulation sleeve, a threaded sleeve is in threaded connection with the counter bore through an external thread, the stud is connected with the threaded sleeve through an internal thread, and the fastening direction of the threaded sleeve is the same as that of the stud; a center hole is formed in the rear end of the heat insulation sleeve, and a connecting piece penetrates through a through hole in the bottom plate and then is connected with the center hole. The connecting structure has the advantages of being stable and reliable in connection, good in heat insulation performance and convenient to manufacture.
