The invention particularly provides a simulated stone thermal-insulation and decoration integrated plate. The simulated stone thermal-insulation and decoration integrated plate comprises a thermal-insulation plate layer, a mortar layer A, a gridding cloth layer, a mortar layer B, 2-3 putty layers, an alkali-resistant seal primer layer and a paint surface layer which are sequentially distributed from bottom to top, wherein the mortar layer A and the mortar layer B contain flexible polymer cement mortar; coating thickness of each of the mortar layer A and the mortar layer B is 1-5 mm; the thickness of each putty layer is 0.5 mm; and the gridding cloth layer is an acid-resistant and alkali-resistant gridding cloth layer. The simulated stone thermal-insulation and decoration integrated plate has double effects of decoration and thermal insulation. A flexible cement material is used, the circumstance that a decorating plate is separated from a wall due to thermal expansion and cold shrinkage can be avoided effectively, and potential safety hazards of a building are reduced. Moreover, anti-freezing flexible cement and anti-freezing putty are used, so that the simulated stone thermal-insulation and decoration integrated plate can be constructed smoothly in winters. The simulated stone thermal-insulation and decoration integrated plate is suitable for decoration of exterior walls of various types of constructional engineering.
