The fabricated wallboard reinforcing structure comprises a prefabricated wallboard, the inclined top end of a first upper supporting rod is rotationally connected with the top board face of the prefabricated wallboard, the inclined bottom end of the first upper supporting rod is installed in a hollow structure cavity of a first lower supporting rod in an inserted mode, and the first upper supporting rod and the first lower supporting rod are fixed through a locking mechanism; the inclined top end of the second upper supporting rod is rotationally connected with the bottom plate face of the prefabricated wall plate, the inclined bottom end of the second upper supporting rod is installed in a hollow structure cavity of the second lower supporting rod in an inserted mode, and the second upper supporting rod and the second lower supporting rod are fixed through a locking mechanism. In the prefabricated panel hoisting and mounting process, the inclined strut assembly can be conveniently arranged on one side of the prefabricated panel, the prefabricated panel can be reinforced, mounted and used, vertical mounting of the prefabricated panel can be ensured, and the problem that in the prior art, hoisting of the prefabricated panel is not provided with a reinforcing structure, and inclined mounting is prone to occurring is solved; therefore, potential safety hazards caused by inclination of the prefabricated wallboard can be avoided.
本发明公开了一种装配式墙板加固结构,包括预制墙板,上撑杆一的倾斜顶端转动连接预制墙板的顶部板面,倾斜底端插设安装在下撑杆一的中空结构腔内,且上撑杆一和下撑杆一之间通过锁定机构保持固定,上撑杆二的倾斜顶端转动连接预制墙板的底部板面,倾斜底端插设安装在下撑杆二的中空结构腔内,且上撑杆二和下撑杆二之间通过锁定机构保持固定。吊运预制墙板安装过程中,便于在预制墙板一侧设置斜撑组件,不仅可以对预制墙板进行加固安装使用,而且可以确保预制墙板垂直安装,解决了现有技术中起吊预制墙板不具备加固结构容易出现倾斜安装的问题,从而可以避免因预制墙板出现倾斜而引起的安全隐患。
